This month’s roster features a “Supernatural Sightings” three-pack on Sunday, September 4, at 8pE, as a submarine crew discovers alien life under the sea in James Cameron’s Oscar®-winning opus THE ABYSS, with Ed Harris. Next, George Clooney stars as a psychologist sent to an isolated space station in the 2002 Steven Soderbergh mystery SOLARIS, with Viola Davis, at 10:30pE. And FBI Agents David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson investigate a priest claiming to have psychic visions in THE X-FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE, at 12:15aE.

HDNET MOVIES celebrates Labor Day with some of cinema’s manliest stars in the “Men At Work” Marathon on Monday, September 5, at 6pE. The evening begins with Western hero John Wayne as a skilled fire specialist who extinguishes oil field infernos in HELLFIGHTERS. Then, action icon Sylvester Stallone stars as a climbing expert forced to guide a group of crooks to Rocky Mountain gold in CLIFFHANGER, with John Lithgow, at 8:05pE; and Bruce Willis stars as NYPD officer John McClaine in the quintessential action classic DIE HARD, with Alan Rickman and Reginald VelJohnson, at 10pE. The night comes to a close with John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton as rival air traffic controllers, whose escalating feud takes a toll on their personal lives in PUSHING TIN, with Angelina Jolie and Cate Blanchett, at 12:15aE.

Bust a move with HDNET MOVIES in the “Just Dance!” triple feature on Saturday, September 24 at 8pE, as Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey light up the dance floor in the Oscar®-winning 1987 romance DIRTY DANCING; followed by the steamy 2004 sequel DIRTY DANCING: HAVANA NIGHTS, with Diego Luna and January Jones, at 9:45pE.
