HDNET MOVIES salutes funnyman Eddie Murphy with a six-film ‘A-List’ marathon on Friday, November 9, starting with Murphy as wisecracking detective Axel Foley in BEVERLY HILLS COP 3 at 5:15pE. Next, Murphy makes his directorial debut in the 1930s gangster comedy HARLEM NIGHTS, with Richard Pryor, at 7pE; and fights to save a young boy from ancient evil in THE GOLDEN CHILD at 9pE. Then, Murphy and Nick Nolte are on the case in the quintessential buddy cop comedies 48 HRS. at 10:35pE, and ANOTHER 48 HRS. at 12:15aE. And Murphy teams up with Owen Wilson to take down a treacherous arms dealer in the 2002 caper I SPY at 1:55aE.
